The Santos Science Experience is a fun, 3 days of science activities for Year 9 and 10 students

Day 1: At Swinburne University Hawthorn: Students will experience elements of higher education at the Swinburne University Hawthorn campus. Depending on availability, students will dive into the worlds of Mathematics, Astro-Tour, Science Experiments or the Synchrotron.
Day 2: KIOSC is an amazing STEM education centre on Swinburne University’s Wantirna Campus. Students on Day 2, will engage in a Space program, venturing into Virtual Reality with OzGRAV, and completing science experiments around living on other planets.
Day 3: The last day of the program, at KIOSC, students become involved in a Forensic Science Case. Working with a Forensic Scientist, students collect and examine evidence from a virtual crime and the use the biometics and analytical lab to process and solve the case.
