Calling All STEM Educators: Empower Your Students at the KIOSC STEM Communication Conference
Encourage your students to elevate their STEM learning by presenting their innovative projects at the KIOSC STEM Communication Conference. This is an exceptional opportunity for students to cultivate essential communication skills while sharing their passion for STEM with a broader audience.
Students are invited to present projects developed within the past 12 months in a dynamic, 6-minute presentation format, engaging with a new audience each round. This experience will provide students with invaluable practice in refining their presentation techniques, building confidence, and inspiring others through their STEM endeavors.
This conference provides a platform for students to showcase diverse projects, fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
Eligible Project Examples:
- Scientific Poster Presentations: Presenting research findings on topics such as endangered species or local ecosystem studies.
- Technology Demonstrations: Showcasing app development projects or innovative 3D modeling designs.
- Programmatic Demonstrations: Presenting projects developed through KIOSC programs, such as Scratch code games or robotic applications.
