Empowering young innovators to design solutions for real‑world industry challenges.
The KIOSC Entrepreneur Program is a dynamic, multi‑day experience where Year 9 and 10 students step into the world of innovation, business strategy, and emerging technologies. Working in small teams, students take on an authentic industry brief—such as developing new ways to identify corrosion on mobile phone towers—and transform their ideas into viable solutions through research, design, prototyping, and pitch development.
Across the program, students explore project management, critical and creative thinking, marketing, sustainability, and presentation excellence. With hands‑on sessions in KIOSC’s technology-rich learning environment, they build 3D models, develop marketing materials, and refine their final pitch.
The program concludes with students presenting their concepts to industry professionals and Swinburne Management, gaining valuable feedback and real insight into modern innovation processes.
The Entrepreneur Program builds confidence, teamwork, creativity, and industry awareness—equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in future pathways.
